Lockers being located on the ground floor, lack of individual safes in capsules, insufficient comfort in lounge seating!!! A little crowded during peak hours made it hard to relax.

The capsules are surprisingly spacious and comfy, especially for someone like me who’s 6 feet tall. I never felt too cramped. Each capsule has a TV, power outlets for charging, and even a water bottle. The air-conditioning was decent, but could be better. Showers are communal, so that might take some getting used to, but everything felt clean and well-kept. It's nice that each floor has immaculate bathrooms with all the essentials.
